Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensures the accuracy of sales invoice creation
• Ensures sales invoices were countered and collected on time
• Ensures that the AR aging, sales report and collection report are updated and accurate
• Ensures disbursement vouchers were processed and paid on time
• Ensures that the DV monitoring, expense report and payables are updated and accurate
• Regular reporting to accounting manager and management
• Coordination with accounting manager and team leaders
• Regular meeting with the accounting team
• Maintain order in the accounting department (AP and AR)
• Ensures the timely generation of working trial balance
• Ensures all business transactions are reasonable, appropriate, and comply with operational policies and procedures
• Responds to management’s directives and seeks clarification on assignments when needed.
