Job Description

  • Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
  • Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff to drive efficiency and performance
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 3+ years of Accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to supervise and guide a team
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, taxation, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
