Accounting Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities
• Provide support to end users on inquiries to Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.
• Perform data migration works.
• Conduct product (Software) training to end users.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely & professional manner.
• Involve in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions.
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support / Accounting /Finance system is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Candidates with experience in handling accounting/finance software systems have an added advantage.
• A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
