Accounting Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals)
• Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information in QuickBooks
• Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching
• Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
• Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Support day-to-day accounting tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
• Other accounting/audit related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Experience with Shopify and Amazon seller operations is required
• Hands‑on experience using QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
