F&I AUTOMATE SPECIALIST
POSITION SUMMARY
The F&I Automate Specialist combines advanced accounting expertise with functional and technical support for dealership systems and financial applications. This role focuses on financial accuracy, reporting, and compliance while supporting system users, troubleshooting issues, and improving workflows across accounting, F&I, and sales-related processes. The position serves as a subject matter expert and supports both financial operations and Tier 1 support functions in a centralized office environment. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and review monthly, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries. 
Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. 
Analyze financial variances across balance sheet and P&L accounts and provide clear explanations. 
Support the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
