Job Summary
The Only Bean is seeking an experienced
Accounting & Tax Manager
to manage our global finance operations in a fast-paced CPG and e-commerce environment. This role will handle day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage tax compliance across jurisdictions (U.S. federal, state, and international where applicable), and oversee HR-related tax reporting. You'll partner with leadership to build scalable processes, maintain compliance, and provide insights that support our rapid growth.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax, experience with e-commerce and CPG operations, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach with an eye for process optimization and automation opportunities.
