The
Accounting Team Lead
oversees accounts payable, fixed assets, incentives, and financial reporting processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end close. This role leads the accounting team, supports branch operations, and ensures financial data integrity to enable sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Operations & Controls

Lead and ensure accuracy and completeness of core accounting processes:

Accounts Payable

• Review completeness and accuracy of invoices, payable vouchers, and fund transfer requests
• Approve tax payments and government-related payables (SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
• Ensure government payable balances are reconciled with prior-month accruals

Fixed Assets & Procurement

• Monitor completeness and timeliness of fixed asset requests and documentation
• Approve supplies and asset purchase requests within authority limits
