Job Description
The Accounting Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing essential support to the finance team. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company. Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and approval. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage collections. Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements.
