Accounting Technician – On-Site

Are you known for your precision and ease with numbers? Our client, a company in the business services and industrial equipment sector, is seeking an accounting technician to support its financial operations and actively contribute to the optimization of its processes.

Tasks

• Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, payments, follow-ups, collections).
• Record daily financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and balance the general ledger.
• Prepare and monitor sales taxes (GST/QST/HST).
• Actively participate in monthly closings and the preparation of financial reports.
• Produce various accounting and financial reports.
• Manage expense accounts and ensure compliance with supporting documents.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, especially in the use of the ERP system.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.
