Accounting Trainee

Job Description:

• Daily inventory reconciliation of system records as to different platforms/data sources (e.g., warehouse, e-commerce, consignment, retail stores)
• Inventory count for areas related to reconciliation discrepancies
• Creation of internal memo for inventory adjustments
• Encoding in accounting system of inventory adjustments
• Generation, consolidation and analysis of regular inventory reports (i.e., weekly, monthly, as needed)
• Documents filing
• Ad hoc tasks and project-based activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a business-related course (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent).
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply; work experience under an Accounting or Inventory Department is an advantage.
• With basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables is a plus).
