Accounting Trainee

We are looking for professional, organized and detail-oriented people to join our Accounting Department.

Accounting Trainees work closely with Bookkeepers and providing accounting and clerical assistance to their designated store teams. They further assist with inventory and record maintenance for their assigned stores.

Responsibilities:

Specifically, the Accounting Assistants will:

• Update and maintain data files and records
• Record, process and file forms
• Assist their designated team in processing various transactions
• Prepare checks, deposits, summaries, budgets, and/or basic financial reports
• Trace, investigate and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Perform other basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
