We're Hiring: Accounting / Bookkeeper / Quickbooks Expert (Restoration Services/Construction)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable 
Accounting / Bookkeeper
 (must be proficient with
Quickbooks
) to manage day-to-day financial operations and support leadership with accurate reporting, controls, and financial visibility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring billing accuracy, clean records, compliance, and strong financial discipline across the business.

Position type: Part-time

Rate:
$7.50/hour

Billing, Accounts Receivable & Financial Control

• Control billing and accounts receivable to ensure all billable work is invoiced accurately and on time
