Qualification Summary:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Collection Specialist, preferably in international accounts.
• Virtual experience is an advantage
• Customer Service, accounting, finance
• Proven track record in debt collection and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle urgent cases and meet collection targets efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
