Launchpad Program offers a 1-year development journey combining online learning, onsite sessions, and hands-on projects. Participants will gain technical and professional skills, earn certifications, and work closely with experienced managers and leaders all while receiving a monthly allowance.

• Duration: 1 year
• Training Includes:
• Coursera online courses for technical and soft skills
• Onsite training at Philtech Inc. Office (BGC, Taguig)
• Hands-on project experience
• Earn certificates upon completing training modules
• Employment Opportunities: Possible absorption as full-time employee, contractor, or endorsement to partner vendors.

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
