Accounting/Finance Manager

The candidate must be results-oriented and highly adaptable to digital tools and systems.

Internal Finance

• Perform accounting work as and when necessary.
• Review Management Accounts Reports prepared by subordinates.
• Ensure issues faced by subordinates are addressed promptly through proper guidance and motivation.
• Monitor departmental performance targets and collections.
• Liaise and work closely with other departments and business units.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/duties as required.

External Accounting

• Ensure Management Accounts Reports are delivered to clients and/or auditors on time.
• Communicate clearly with clients on the progress of monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly accounts, where applicable.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with client requests or issues to maximize the value of services provided.
