Accounting/Finance Staff

Position: Accounting Staff (Payables, Receivables & BIR Compliance)

Job Description:
The Accounting Staff is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements. The role ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, timely payments and collections, and proper filing of tax-related reports in accordance with Philippine regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Process and record supplier invoices, reimbursements, and other payables
• Prepare and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursement
• Coordinate with vendors regarding billing concerns and payment status
• Maintain organized records of all payables and supporting documents

Accounts Receivable
