REPORTING TO : Finance & Admin Executive
LOCATION : Kuching, Sarawak
Job Purpose
The Accounts & Admin Clerk provides clerical support for the finance and administrative functions of the Sarawak office. This role assists the Finance & Admin Executive in maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
a. Accounts Support
• Assist in data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
• Process invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques for approval
• Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records
• Assist in petty cash management and reconciliation
• File and organise financial documents systematically
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliation
