Accounts and Operations Associate

This is a high-ownership operations role at the core of a fast-growing export business. You will work directly with the founder across accounts, export documentation, compliance, client coordination, and operational execution. The role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing business-critical workflows. You will help us build the operational backbone of an international pharma export company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounts & Finance Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books invoices, receipts, expenses, and bank reconciliation Coordinate with CA for GST filings, TDS returns, audits, and compliance submissions Track receivables and follow up professionally with domestic and international clients Coordinate foreign remittances and FIRC issuance with banking partners Maintain eBRC documentation and support RoDTEP coordination Prepare monthly MIS reports including P&L and cash flow snapshots 2.
