Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all accounting matters and develop effective accounting system and process.
To assist in monitoring variances (actual vs budget expenses).
Continuously improve and formulate accounting controls, systems, and procedures.
To assist Financial Accounting Manager in month-end closing and reporting.
Involve in ERP process and entering/updating accurate data into the system.
Ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
Monitor and review company expenses vs budget.
You will ensure that HS&E standards are observed and kept at the highest level and all policies in respect of HS&E are implemented to the full. You are also required to adhere to all in-house activities and procedures as per the MIR VALVE QA/QC standards.
Responsible in general administration support in the Finance department and perform other duties from time to time.
