Job Description

                    To verify, check and match source documents;   
To perform and ensure accurate data entry to the accounting system;   
To ensure correct entry of GST code and account for each expense incurred;   
To prepare payments to suppliers and issue cheques;   
To issue invoices to customers and print statement of account;   
To prepare monthly ageing analysis;   
To involve in the process for monthly closing of accounts and preparation of
accounts;   
To compile and analyze financial information for timely preparation of financial
statements and reporting;   
To ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible;   
To assist in daily accounting operation;   
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
