About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at AK Accounting & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial success of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable
2. Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
4. Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data
