Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Finance Department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Inventory Management. The role includes handling invoicing, reconciling collections, updating asset and inventory schedules, and supporting monthly financial closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions:
Issue and record customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile collections and ensure receipts are correctly recorded against customer accounts.
Maintain Fixed Asset (FA) schedules:
Update and maintain the FA register for new additions, disposals, and transfers.
- Prepare monthly depreciation schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and tagging of company assets.
