Job Description

Accounts Assistant
Working arrangement – Hybrid 5 working days (2 wfh/3 office) in office

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Department
  • Handle the Accounts Payable-related matters
  • Verify vendor invoices and
  • Data entry and processing of vendor invoices
  • Reconcile the Vendor's statement of account
  • Attend to email/call inquiries, vendor invoices
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting  and internal controls
