Job Description
Accounts Assistant
Working arrangement – Hybrid 5 working days (2 wfh/3 office) in office
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Department
- Handle the Accounts Payable-related matters
- Verify vendor invoices and
- Data entry and processing of vendor invoices
- Reconcile the Vendor's statement of account
- Attend to email/call inquiries, vendor invoices
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of accounting and internal controls
