Job Description
Update account receivable payment on timely basis
Issuing, posting debit and credit notes for all debtors
Assist for Fixed Assets register, tagging, disposal and monthly depreciation
Attend physicals stock count and assist fixed asset tagging
Gather information for ad-hoc reporting required by management
Attend to tax or audit query
What we're looking for
Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounts role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
Good in organization skills and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
