Accounts Assistant

What you'll be doing

• Update account receivable payment on timely basis
• Issuing, posting debit and credit notes for all debtors
• Assist for Fixed Assets register, tagging, disposal and monthly depreciation
• Attend physicals stock count and assist fixed asset tagging
• Gather information for ad-hoc reporting required by management
• Attend to tax or audit query

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounts role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Good in organization skills and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent communication and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
