Role Description
Entering account information in Quickbooks software
Summarizing current financial status by preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Reconciling account information i.e Bank Reconciliations, Monthly collections reconciliations
Maintaining Debtors/Creditors accounts
Assist in annual audits
Interest/penalty workings on late payments
Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
