About the role
Adex Management (International) Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our growing practice. You will work closely with our accountants and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing full sets accounts, including preparation of schedules for audit purposes, GST schedules and submission.
- Handling payroll.
- Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
