Accounts Assistant, Part time (On-site)

Our client, who is an MNC (OEM) in the heavy manufacturing industry with HQ based in Germany.

Salary: S$27.50/hour including CPF or S$23.50/hour excludes CPF

Flexi Working hours: 3 days' work week - Mon to Fri 8 hours per day

Working location: United Square Singapore (nearest MRT Novena station)

Job Description:

• Accounts Payable
• Process staff claims
• Process vendor invoices
• Liaise with staff, 3rd party providers on claims and invoices
• Ensure payments, amounts and SAP records are correct
• Update and maintain procedural documentation
• Accounts Receivable - minimum
• Standard month end journals preparation
• Ad hoc tasks, data compilation, administrative duties

Qualifications:

• LCCI, ACCA Level 1
• Poly graduates in Accounting/Business
