About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join the team at MARY CHIA HOLDINGS LIMITED'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider accounting operations of the company. This rewarding role is based in Lorong Chuan, North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Performing data entry and maintaining detailed financial records
• Reconciling bank statements and petty cash
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
