Accounts Assistant - Spain

• Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices and credit notes; reconcile supplier statements; prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs; resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with suppliers.
• Accounts Receivable: Issue customer invoices and credit notes; monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts; allocate customer payments and maintain accurate debtor records.
