About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join the team at TVI PTE LTD', a leading company in the Accounting industry. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Tai Seng North-East Region and play a crucial part in supporting the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial processes run smoothly

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role with Higher NITEC in accounting.
