We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team.

• Assist with invoice processing and verification
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
• Perform data entry and maintain records
• Filing and documentation of accounts-related documents
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
