Accounts Associate

About the Role:

This role supports the organization's core accounting and finance operations, covering full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and audit coordination. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely month-end and year-end closings, and compliance with applicable regulations. The role works closely with cross-functional teams, including HR and Operations, and contributes to improving finance processes and reporting efficiency.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage reconciliations, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, journal entries, and maintain accurate ledgers. Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, reclassifications)
• Month-End and Year-End Close: Prepare schedules, tie out balance sheets, and deliver timely, error-free reporting.
