Accounts & Bookkeeping Executive (ACCA/ICMA)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive with experience in handling international clients' accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, transaction categorization, bookkeeping, and overall accounting processes. Candidates available for ASAP joining will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts of international clients
• Bank & credit card reconciliation
• Transaction categorization and bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Support monthly and closing activities

Requirements:

• Educational background in ACCA / ICMA (Qualified or Part-qualified preferred)
• Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Experience handling international clients is a plus
• Strong understanding of reconciliations & accounting entries
• Familiarity with accounting software, QuickBooks Online is a plus
