Accounts Clerk (Artiste Payroll)

Responsibilities
•Responsible for freelance/artiste payroll functions including payroll calculations, MPF contributions, payment and filing of tax returns

• Assist in month-end closing including voucher preparation

• Assist in preparation of regular payroll schedules to support management review

• Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow on payroll process

• Assist in the implementation of new payroll system

• Perform other ad hoc duties as required



Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Independent, detail-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility

• Proactive work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
