ACCOUNTS CLERK/ EXECUTIVE (Part time)
Job Description

• Work closely with senior account executive in managing day to day activities ofthe finance department.
• Full set of accounts includes managing accounting records, monthly financialstatements, projects costs analysis and recommendation
• Preparation of progress work claims and process invoices for payment
• Suppliers’ invoices and discrepancies, work with relevant department to resolve
• Assist in audit and year- end activities
• Other admin duties as and when needed

Job Requirements

• Candidates who are able to use AutoCount Zero will have an advantage
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or LCCI in Accountancy.
• Min 5 years of working experience in the construction sector is preferred
• Able to work independently with min supervision
