Accounts Coordinator / Customer Service

Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking an Accounts Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to analyze customer orders, data management and resolving customer issues by working with our Inside Sales representatives and various departments. Key Responsibilities:

Enter and edit all necessary orders and changes as required into Oracle

•Review proper inventory allocations vs. customer backlog to determine allocation of parts.

•Review and manage weekly specific customer backlog reports for credit, sub inventories, customer holds and stock reserves.

•Assists Sales to access EDI accounts for specific customers and the processing of orders as required
