Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivable

What you'll be doing

• Checking of daily accounting activities.
• Foreign currency posting.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Take in of fixed assets and run monthly depreciation.
• Prepare monthly journals and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of month end accounts.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma in accounting preferred
• 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations

Working Hours

Mondays to Thursdays: 0900hrs to 1815hrs

Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
