Your new role 
Propose and prepare payment lists, for both scheduled and urgent requests.
To verify and ensure all approved contractors’ claim/suppliers’ invoices or statutory payments are paid within the credit term. 
Prepare AP Aging.
Prepare Balance Sheet schedules as assigned.
Ensure cashbook are updated timely and accurately for cashflow planning purpose.
Ensure archiving of data and filing is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information.
Prepare month end bank reconciliation.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (identify, communicate and facilitate resolution with internal and external stakeholders). Perform root cause analysis on recurring errors/issues.
