Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Fixed Asset (FA) function in accordance with service level agreements.
• Supervise a team of 5 staffs and ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and internal policies.
• Oversee timely asset capitalisation, asset verification, and follow-up actions on outstanding items.
• Provide staff training, review work processes for improvements, and liaise with auditors and stakeholders on FA matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Fixed Assets or Accounting is preferred.
• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
