Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Posting and maintaining sales and purchase entries
• Recording bank entries and supporting bank reconciliations
• Handling courier cheque entries
• Uploading payments in ERP
• Intra-company reconciliations
• Posting and tracking refund entries
• Recording e-commerce related expense entries
• Assisting with manual data entry and reconciliations
Role Scope:
• The role is primarily execution-focused and involves day to day accounting support
• Responsibilities will be carried out under guidance from senior team members
• No final sign off or ERP system configuration is expected
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business , BBA)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Part-qualified/qualified ICMA candidates are encouraged to apply
