Accounts Executive (Full Set Account - Property)

Handle day-to-day account operations such as processing transactions, issuing cheques, updating ledgers and generation of e-invoicing transactions.

To handle full set of accounting and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and other related schedules.

Prepare cashflow projection for weekly, monthly and yearly.

Drafting the financial statements and compiling detailed audit schedules for yearly audit.

Prepare tax information for yearly tax filing.

Prepare annual budgeting on timely basis.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must possess at least Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant field.
• Applicants must have minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
