Accounts Executive (Full Set) / East (Up to $4K) #NJN

Location: Paya Lebar / Tai Seng

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month‑end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• Perform reconciliation between reports
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad‑hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 6 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
