Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm

Salary Range: $3000 to $4000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Description

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Closing and preparing for full set accounts
• Liaise with auditors on company tax matters
• Regulate all purchases by the company
• Verify invoices and process payment
• Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system
• Prepare accounts schedules
• Knowledge in Company tax matters
• Monitor and record payments for agent commissions
• Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives
• To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation
