Job Description

                    Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets)  
Location : Tuas Avenue – Company Transport provided @ Jurong East MRT  
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm  
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS+ Variable Bonus + Annual leaves + Medical Benefits  
Duration : Permanent  
Industry : Coating/Paint Manufacturing  
Main Responsibilities: Able to handle full set of accounts 
Check supplier’s invoices & seeks approval before process payment 
Able to handle AP/AR/GST functions 
Petty cash reimbursement 
Monthly bank reconciliations & prepare weekly bank balance report 
Maintain proper documentation and filing for Audit and Tax purposes 
Assist with the preparation of month-end closing and year-end audits 
Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters
