Accounts Executive

We are seeking experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at First Biz Group Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak.

We are an accounting firm, and our head office is in Singapore.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and/or accounting function for our clients.

The companies that you will be dealing with are mainly Singapore Private Limited companies and other offshore companies like Seychelles and British Virgin Islands (BVI).

What you'll be doing

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintain the General Ledger and finalize the management accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
