Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Work Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri 8:30AM-6:00PM
Salary Package: Basic up to RM4,000-5,500 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
● To manage full sets of accounts;
● To perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining and verifying ledgers, bank reconciliations, debtor aging, invoicing, and stock control;
● To be responsible for cost accounting functions;
● To liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and taxation matters;
● To liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters;
● To prepare management reports and financial analyses;
● To assist in budget preparation and monitoring;
● To coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to support intercompany transactions and activities.
