Our operations handle a high volume of daily transactions and require strong accuracy, speed, and coordination between finance, warehouse, and sales teams.
We are expanding our Finance team and looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Invoicing / Billing) to support high-volume invoice processing and provide backup coverage within the invoicing function.
Position Overview
This role handles high-volume daily invoicing (30–100 invoices per day) using an ERP / SQL accounting system. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are critical, as invoices must be processed promptly and passed to the warehouse for order fulfilment.
