Accounts Executive

We are looking for a versatile Accounts Executive to join our team in Setapak. This role is ideal for someone with an audit background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to handle a diverse range of financial responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Handle all Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Banking & Cashflow: Manage banking accounts, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and assist with cashflow projections.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in our computerized accounting system (SQL Accounting Software).
• Audit & Compliance: Assist in audit preparations and ensure all accounting documentation and supporting files are organized and properly maintained.
• Operational Support: Support the Finance Manager in daily operational matters and take on ad-hoc tasks as the business evolves.
