About the Role
Kaizen Strategy Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based digital marketing company seeking a proactive and customer-centric Account Servicing Executive (Customer Service) to join our growing team.
In this full-time role which is fully remote (WFH), you will be the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and a positive overall client experience. You will work closely with internal teams to manage client requests, coordinate deliverables, and handle basic administrative and billing-related matters.
